ZST is one of India’s rapidly expanding BPO, which started its journey in 2021 as the state of Karnataka’s data labelling and annotation service provider, with only 20 employees. Furthermore, now ZST has multiple new entities, which provide services in medical billing and coding (RCM), mortgage, BPO and KPO services. Our twenty-person venture currently employs around 300+ dedicated employees. ZST consistently continues its path of success and strictly adheres to its motto of being A Company with Expertise.
ZST was founded in 2021 by three friends Mr. Tabrez Ahmed, Zaheer C and Sadiq Ahmed,who have 35+ years of collective experience between them of having built, nurtured and grown multimillion dollars centers. ZST is registered under Indian Companies Act 2013 with a proficiency of ITES services such as Data Annotation (AI), Medical Billing and Coding, US real estate (Mortgage) services, BPO and KPO services. ZST has grown from 20 employees to 300+ employees over a period of 2 years. ZST is being recognized as one of the fastest growing BPOs in the Karnataka region. Moreover, ZST has become an ISO 27001:2013, GDPR and TISAX certified company for offering outstanding and caliber-driven services.
